Event Breakdown:

Sprint Distance

Swim: .4 miles starting at the shore of the swim beach, across the island and back.

Bike: 12.4 miles through the park along SD Hwy 34

Run: 3.1 miles through the park to the island entrance

Olympic Distance

Swim: .8 miles starting at the shore of the swim beach, across the island and back (2 laps).

Bike: 24.8 miles through the park along SD Hwy 34

Run: 6.2 miles through the park to the island entrance, out and back (2 laps)

Registration:

Registration is $35 per individual and $55 per team (comprised of any age men, women or youth).

Race Day Info:

Registration and check-in: 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Central Time)

Rules Meeting: 7:45 a.m.

Race: Starts immediately following the rules meeting approximately 8am.

Brightly colored swim caps and bike helmets are required!

Teams will compete as a group.

Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each individual division.
