Family Gym

The YMCA is now offering "Family Gym" on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm beginning January 24th. Family gym is time each week for parents and their kids to get out of the house and be active with each other and other young families. There won't be scheduled activities but the Y will supply a staff person, the gym space and equipment for your families to use. Family Gym is free for YMCA members and non-members can participate by paying a day fee.
(We are also looking at offering additional days of family gym in the future if there is sufficient interest.)
